A Tree Planted in memory of former Mayor of Trion Hoyt Williams

Below is a picture of the Mayor and Council standing with a tree that was planted in memory of former Mayor of Trion Hoyt Williams.  Hoyt served as Mayor from 1988 - 1992.  He was also a WWII veteran.
